Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Hexed by Hearts. I value your time and trust and strive to provide thoughtful, personalized spiritual guidance and divination services. Please review the following policy before booking an appointment.

Booking and Payment

Payment is required to secure your appointment or service unless otherwise stated. By booking a service, you agree to the terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.

• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice may receive either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A one-time complimentary rescheduling, at the client's preference.

• Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at my discretion.

Missed Appointments and No-Shows

If you miss your scheduled appointment or fail to attend without prior notice, the appointment will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

Completed Services

Due to the time, preparation, and personalized nature of astrology readings, divination services, and spiritual consultations, all completed services are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued because:

• The information provided did not meet personal expectations.

• The client disagrees with the interpretation or guidance received.

• Desired outcomes or predictions do not occur.

• Circumstances or feelings change after the reading.

Written Reports and Digital Products

Once a written report, digital reading, or other custom spiritual service has been prepared or delivered, it is considered completed and is non-refundable.

Technical Issues

If a session cannot be completed due to technical difficulties on my end, I will work with you to reschedule the appointment or provide an appropriate refund if the service cannot be delivered.

Provider Cancellations

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will have the option to:

• Reschedule for another available time, or

• Receive a full refund.

Chargebacks

If you have any concerns regarding your service or payment, please contact me directly so we can work toward a fair resolution. Unauthorized chargebacks for completed services may be disputed with supporting documentation of services rendered.

Exceptions

Refund requests for extraordinary circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis at my sole discretion.
